Gizelly is a social worker with a degree in Social Work (UFAM), a master's degree in Social Work and Sustainability in the Amazon (UFAM), and currently holds the position of Head of the Governance Section of the Presidency at the Court of Justice of Amazonas.

Silvia is Professor of the Professional Master's Degree in Analysis and Management of International Policies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She is a lawyer with a master's degree in international relations and a doctorate in international law from PUC-Rio with international research in the areas of foreign trade and socio-biodiversity chains and contemporary slave labor.

Diogo is a doctoral student in Maritime Studies at the Naval War School (PPGEM/EGN), has a Master's degree in Analysis and Management of International Policies at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He currently works as a consultant for Spinheiro Consultoria in projects to develop socio-biodiversity chains in the Amazon.
